08:00 emergency call: fuse blown, customer needs a fix appointment in the afternoon. On site: voice note "subpanel 8 fuses, 2 RCDs, bathroom circuit broken, 4h effort" — the quote for the repair appointment is in WhatsApp by noon. From 2 pm, switch-program installation at a new build: photos per room, installation documented. 5:30 pm the invoice for the morning call is created by voice and waits for approval.
