Our Commitment

LinkWorld Technologies GmbH is headquartered in Austria and is subject to GDPR as an EU-based company. GDPR compliance is not just a legal requirement for us — it reflects our commitment to treating customer data with respect and transparency.

Data Controller vs. Processor

When you use LinkWorld OS, LinkWorld acts as a data controller for your account and usage data. For data that your agents process on your behalf (e.g. customer emails, documents), LinkWorld acts as a data processor and you remain the controller. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all paid customers.

Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases: contract performance (running your account and delivering the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation (tax records, court orders), and consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies).

Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any right, email privacy@linkworld.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Transfers

We store and process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where we use sub-processors outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and conduct transfer impact assessments.

Data Processing Agreement

If you process personal data through LinkWorld OS on behalf of your own customers, a DPA is required under GDPR. A signed DPA is available to all customers on request. Email legal@linkworld.ai to request one.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to individuals, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected data subjects without undue delay, as required by GDPR Article 33 and 34.

Supervisory Authority

The competent supervisory authority for LinkWorld is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, DSB). If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the DSB or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
