LinkWorld Technologies GmbH ("LinkWorld", "we", "us") is the controller of your personal data. Our registered address is in Austria. You can reach our data protection team at privacy@linkworld.ai.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company when signing up or contacting us), usage data (pages visited, features used, session length), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers). We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the LinkWorld OS platform, send product updates and security notices (with your consent), comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse. Our legal basis is contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, most data is removed within 30 days. We may retain anonymised analytics data indefinitely and certain records to comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoices for 7 years).
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email privacy@linkworld.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB).
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. With your consent we also use analytics cookies (via a privacy-friendly solution) and preference cookies. You can manage cookie settings in your browser or through our cookie banner.
7. Third-Party Services
We use selected sub-processors including cloud hosting providers (EU-based), payment processors, and analytics tools. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements. A full list of sub-processors is available upon request.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
