Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LinkWorld OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LinkWorld OS is an agentic operating system that enables teams to build, deploy, and manage autonomous AI workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@linkworld.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, scrape the platform without authorisation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system. Violations may result in immediate termination.
5. Intellectual Property
LinkWorld OS and all associated technology, branding, and content are owned by LinkWorld Technologies GmbH. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit.
6. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkWorld's total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
