Security is foundational to everything we build at LinkWorld. Here is how we protect your data and agents.
Infrastructure Security
LinkWorld OS runs on EU-based cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II certified providers. All services operate in isolated environments with network segmentation, firewall rules, and intrusion detection systems active at all times.
Data Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Encryption keys are managed via a hardware security module (HSM) and rotated regularly. Sensitive credentials stored in the Security Vault use an additional envelope encryption layer.
Access Control
We enforce role-based access control (RBAC) with the principle of least privilege across all internal systems. Employee access to production data requires multi-factor authentication, a VPN, and is logged and reviewed quarterly. No single engineer can access customer data without a second approval.
Vulnerability Management
We conduct automated dependency scanning on every code change and run quarterly penetration tests with external security firms. Critical vulnerabilities are patched within 24 hours; high severity within 7 days. We participate in responsible disclosure.
Incident Response
We maintain a documented incident response plan with a dedicated on-call security rotation. In the event of a security incident affecting customer data, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours as required by GDPR, and publish a post-mortem within 30 days.
Business Continuity
Daily automated backups are stored in geographically separate locations. Our recovery point objective (RPO) is 24 hours and recovery time objective (RTO) is 4 hours. We conduct disaster recovery tests twice per year.
Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@linkworld.ai. We ask that you give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure. We do not take legal action against good-faith security researchers.
