## Linkworld launches European platform for agentic business processes — AI Assistant live today, Apps and Business tier via waitlist

### A sovereign European alternative to Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Claude Managed Agents — multi-LLM architecture, EU hosting, and three product layers from a personal assistant to vertical apps

**Klagenfurt, [DD Month 2026]** — Linkworld today launches the first European B2B platform on which companies build their business processes as apps — executed by AI teams, governed by humans. **Linkworld Assistant** is available immediately (Free tier without sign-up, Basic tier from €39 per month). The app layer and the Business tier roll out in waves through the waitlist. The company positions itself as the sovereign European answer to Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and the agent platforms from Anthropic and OpenAI.

Unlike existing offerings, Linkworld combines three characteristics that have not been available together on the market: a **multi-LLM architecture** that selects the best language model per task — from Claude and GPT to Mistral and open-source — a **packaged app layer** with its own UI, workflows, and approval gates, and **sovereign European hosting** with user-isolated containers, an AES-256-encrypted credentials vault, and native GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.

### Three tiers. One platform.

Linkworld bundles its offering into three clearly separated layers:

- **Linkworld Assistant** — the personal AI layer for every employee. Multi-LLM, web + WhatsApp, memory, briefings, integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Odoo, and more. *Free* to try, *Basic* (€39/month) with memory, briefings, and premium models, *Pro* (€149/month, waitlist) for power users with workflows, coding sessions, and live-preview runners, *Business* (€499/month, waitlist) including five seats for teams.
- **Linkworld Apps** — vertical apps for entire business processes (from €199/month per app, waitlist). Custom apps for specific workflows on request.
- **Linkworld Platform** — the infrastructure underneath. Multi-LLM router, user-isolated containers, security gate, goal engine. Not sold standalone, but visible as the foundation under Assistant and Apps.

### AI teams, not single chatbots

The core of the app layer is not single chatbots but teams of specialized agents that collaborate, distribute tasks, and debate intermediate steps. Each team operates inside a *Linkworld App* — a complete business-process package with its own user interface, state machine, role architecture, and approval workflows. For high-risk actions, the decision remains with a human.

"European companies shouldn't have to outsource their AI transformation to US clouds," says **Armin Kundigraber**, CTO at Linkworld. "We deliver the open platform where they build their business processes as AI teams themselves — hosted in Europe, multi-LLM, without vendor lock-in. With the Assistant, there's a free entry point that does real work from day one."

### Three reference apps at launch — custom apps supported

Linkworld ships three reference apps that illustrate what the platform is built for:

- **Field Sales Assistant** for B2B sales teams wanting to make their back office mobile — quotes are produced live during customer meetings instead of being delivered days later
- **Construction Assistant** for small construction and trades businesses replacing the two-to-four hours of evening admin work with WhatsApp-based automation
- **Surveyor Assistant** for construction and insurance loss adjusters, cutting report turnaround significantly through vision AI and structured reporting

Beyond the reference apps, customers and certified partners can build their own apps on the same platform — domain expertise on top, infrastructure below. Linkworld additionally offers an **Implementation service** (assessment, custom-app development, integrations, migration) for companies that prefer not to build their app themselves.

### 80 percent of the platform already operational

Unlike many AI launches, Linkworld is not an announcement but a working system. Roughly 80 percent of the infrastructure — agent framework, skill system, goal engine with dependencies, security gate, credentials vault, multi-tenancy, and cross-system orchestration — is already in production use. Linkworld Assistant runs on this stack today and is reachable through web browser as well as natively via WhatsApp.

### Go-to-market through partner network and Implementation service

In its first year, Linkworld goes to market through DACH partners: chambers of crafts and trade associations for the Construction Assistant, surveyor associations for the Surveyor Assistant, ERP integrators for Field Sales, and tax advisers and IT service providers as industry multipliers. Partners receive certification and 20–30 percent recurring commission. From 2027, Linkworld plans to gradually expand into Benelux, the Nordics, and France.
